She enjoyed her life as a wife, mother and homemaker. She was a kind, loving, faithful wife and mother and her husband, Victor is looking forward to their reunion in heaven someday. He was a member of the Towne Boulevard Church of God. Preceding him in death were his parents, Thompson Greeley Ferguson and Katherine (McClure) Amyx; and one son, Richard Frank Ferguson. He is survived by his wife of 69 years in November, Gertrude (Gevedon) Ferguson; one daughter, Tami (James) Holweger; five grandsons, Scott (Cindy) Ferguson, Derek (Amy) Nemeth, Lance Ferguson, Bryan (Emmy) Nemeth and Levi Deaton; eight great grandchildren, Katie (Jonathan) Rice, Austin Ferguson, Issac Nemeth, Jacob Nemeth, Gabriel Ferguson, Beau Nemeth, Elizabeth Nemeth and Kensington Nemeth; and one great-great grandson, Elijah Rice.

She was a devoted mother to three daughters, Stephanie (Mark) Russo, Alicia (Donny) Riley and Jennifer (Greg) Shelhouse. She loved each of her five grandchildren, Joseph (Nicole) Kerinuk, Nicholas, Emily, Sarah and Zachary Russo; three step-grandchildren, Megan, Jacob and Ellery Riley; and three great grandchildren, Baylen, Eian and Ayla.

PELFREY, James "Jamie" Age 57, of Athens Ohio passed away Wednesday June 4, 2014 at Zusman Hospice at the Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born July 1, 1956 in Dayton Ohio, to Frederick Jamieson and Jewel (Pelfrey) Jamieson. He served our country in Germany from 1975 to 1978 in the United States Army, with an honorable discharge. He was a truck by trade.
