Your questions don’t quite make sense. There was no food service as far as I know. Short 2 hour flight. Nice crew. On time. Older plane that looks to be ready for a tuneup. Sagging, stretched pockets etc. No entertainment system, screens etc, which makes sense on a short flight. Seat etc at the low end of the comfort zone which I’m sure you already know. Totally okay for a short flight. Sure would not to take a longer flight in the plane though.

I liked the kindness of the check in counter crew, the flexibility with changing seats and the comfort. Better free drink selection would have been good but it wasn't a long flight.
Was very busy with people crowding around as we were waiting for all wheelchairs but once out of the immediate area we were able to load onto a vehicle for our next gate
Flight was on time… crew normal experience… captain was informative. Boarding at the gate had a bit chaotic ,but overall, it was an enjoyable full flight and I thank you as it was my first time flying Westjet and I will do it again. Regards

The staff on the WestJet flight were friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and we arrived 30 minutes ahead of time.
not as spartan as an air Canada flight, less comfortable / no in-flight screen as compared to similar priced Air Transat flight. Crew Cabin were professional and approachable. They got the job done, safe flight, on time despite delay in take off.
Flight to return home from Toronto for Cleveland was canceled after sitting on the plane for a half hour. Had to de board the plane and rent a car to drive home, or else wait until they had us rescheduled for later the next day.

I never boarded the flight. I received a text message two hours before the flight that it's going to be delayed and then I couldn't reach customer service for two hours when I talk to customer service they mentioned that I can go and cancel my ticket online. The online option doesn't allow me to cancel and ask me to call customer service, I tried that again and was on hold for two hours. I sent an email and I received an automated response. I don't think customer service exist with this company

It didn't happen! First it was delayed. I get to the airport in plenty of time, check in, go through security and then check the flight board and see the flight had been cancelled. I just checked in maybe 10 minutes ago. I looked for an Air Canada rep but couldn't find one, I called Air Canada and had to leave my phone number for a call back. I went back to security who told me to leave and go back to the check in counter. The rep confirmed the flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. No offer of a place to stay for the night or food vouchers. I had to ask for that. It's unfortunate because the flight to Victoria on Air Canada was fabulous!
Horrible airlines... did not compensate me for hotel or food even though my flight was delayed by more than 24 hours
Flights were pretty much on time. Food was the smallest bag of pretzels, movies available on the 2 hour flight but not the 4 1/2 hour flight. You have to pay for your checked baggage, not even the first one is free.
Do not book a flight thru Toronto Pearson to the US with less than 2 hrs between connecting flights. With 90 minutes (which I had) if your first plane is 25-30 minutes late by the time you debark, walk to go through security again, go through US customs and find your new gate with at least 15 minutes before your departure. If you stop to go the the bathroom you will be lucky to catch your flight, in my case I wasn’t lucky. The airline should not offer flights that do not allow you time to get to your second plane, bad customer service!
The flight was canceled. We only found out at the airport. We had to book another flight which cost us more then the whole trip booked through Kayak. Lynx took our email and was supposed to write us with an alternate flight. We never received an email. They talked about reimbursem*nt which was to be explained in the email (which we never received).
The online system for Lynx air to pay for additional baggage is not satisfactory. I was charged 100+$ for my suitcase when I tried to explain that the online payment was not functional using the app and showed screenshots of the same. In the end I gave up and paid and went ahead.
No snacks, just water.... could have been better. The actual flight was good.
Flight delayed by 4 hours but no communication. With passengers until after the posted departure time became apparent the flight was not going to board even close to on time.
Flight was sent canceled. The absolute most useless staff I have ever witnessed. Utterly careless - literally could not care less. 100% never using this airline again.
