Our Goal

Thank you for considering The Discovery Program for your treatment and recovery from chemical dependency.  There are many treatment centers and sober living homes in Los Angeles County, but none compare to our time tested and proven residential programs in either Liberty House or The Discovery Program.  Our structure was formulated in the 1980’s and perfected over the last 20 years.  It is unparalleled.  Other treatment centers or sober living homes simply can’t compare, or match, what we do or the results we produce. 

Our program is designed to get clients “Into Action”, and not “Into Their Heads”, as most other residential treatment centers do.  Clients learn and begin practicing a program of recovery appropriate to their chemical dependency under the watchful eye of a loving staff, who themselves are in recovery many years.  The Discovery Program helps its clients and family members build solid foundations in recovery that lead to lasting sobriety for the alcoholic/addict and peace and harmony for the entire family.    

To facilitate and meet the recovery needs of persons suffering from chemical dependency, The Discovery Program has designed and implemented three different residential programs lasting from 30, to 60, and up to 90 days.  These programs are effective and are geared toward long term sobriety and recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction.
